The SJW twin-screw extruder is double-stage reciprocating machine which is composed of a reciprocating machine and a large-diameter single screw extruder. After the materials are fully mixed by the reciprocating machine, they enter into the second-stage single screw and are pressurized. While cooling, the materials are extruded stably at low speed. The combination of two-stage units decomposes the processing process into two steps, improves the independent processing variables of the equipment, and is very conducive to the processing of materials.
